Inspiration and perception creates energy. Thought creates a friction in the brain, via chemical-biological activity called memories, data, stuff in our heads like furniture. What we choose to hold on to remains as a type of payload which can be repeatedly used until it no longer serves a purpose. By accessing these bits of energy or memory clusters, people are able to create a purpose out of information that came out of thin air or created from our conscious imagination. The interesting aspect of this earth planet’s inhabitants is to manifest these thoughts in to matter which creates trash. The enegry it takes to create something in the mind also taxes our body therefore living organisms are limited by the body’s ability to maintain its energy levels at maximum levels of performance.
Child’s Pose Vinyasa Krama
Friday, February 5th, 2010Starting from child’s pose position, recall a time in your memory. Lift one knee off the ground and leave the other knee on the floor. Go back to CP. Repeat sequence a 2nd time. With the knee lifted turn head to foot and wrap arms around the legs for a spinal twist. I recommend using blankets and soft surfaces such as cushions to feel as comfortable yet stable. Bones pressing on the floor can sometimes be given a rest to stretch on padded surfaces.

The recognition of self and not-self as daily self study.
Wednesday, January 20th, 2010You know yourself better than anyone. Even if the content of your soul were to spill out and everyone could see whats inside you, they would be making they’re own false perceptions based on their understanding and point of view.
OurHeart Memory (The Heart Code)
Monday, December 14th, 2009I recently studied with one of the top yoga cardiologist in the country, Doc. Art Brownstein M.D. The knowledge he passed on was that our hearts have memory. So much memory that when some people get heart transplants, that person actually recalls the memories of the person who donated their heart. One amazing story was of a little girl who recieved the heart of another little girl who was murdered. Soon after she started getting nightmares of the murder, she of course told her parents. Upon hearing this story, her parents were very disturbed and consulted with a psychiatrist. The psychiatrist immediately spoke to the police and the police did an investigation and did some research on the little girl’s story. This story led the police to uncover the murder weapon which eventually was traced back to the murderer. The amazing part of this story was that the little girl was able to recognize and pick out the suspect in a police line up and even recalled the last words the man said before he murdered the child. The girl’s testimony and overwhelming evidence led to the man’s conviction and he was tried and was convicted. What is interesting is that people think that the brain is only organ we use to think, but our hearts have consciousness and there is overwhelming evidence that it retains memory, even after it has been replaced and transplanted in another person’s body. Amazing.
Neck and Back Pain are RSIs
Sunday, October 4th, 2009
When I looked more closely at my surroundings I noticed that my the placement of the computer may have something to do with the way I round my posture. Then I began to look more closely to the way people carry their frame when in motion. Gravity does take a toll on the skeletal system, but remember, your muscles hold up your skeleton and the muscles are contracted by thought impulses created by a neural network that connects to the CNS, central nervous system. These pathways are created by years of conditioning and bad postural habits. Most chronic aches and pains happen over time, a build up of added pressures and the heavy burden of grasping for more material happiness may cause a stress related injury such as neck and back pain. Movement is medicine, learn to use the wall in your house to support a posture that extends the spine. Use the floor and do bow pose or cobra. These movements help stretch the body in the opposite direction of the cause of dis-ease. The more you move your body, the better it oxygenates the blood circulation. Circulation heals aches and pains simply by the logic of if your toilet is clog, its gonna stink up your bathroom and the same goes for the human body.
Exhaustion
Saturday, October 3rd, 2009So many days go by without getting enough rest can take a toll on my mental clarity. My body feels tired and listless, a heavy feeling in my head. No rest is bad for my health and any animal that lives on this planet as well. The fact is that we have so much information available to fix our problems, but we don’t. I continue to get my regular 5 to 6 hours sleep without rejuvenating my soul battery. My advice to myself would be to get plenty of rest so that I build up my immune system.
Who am I without these thoughts?
Wednesday, August 19th, 2009Remain in maître, learn to stay in complete acceptance of yourself until you directly experience a compassionate wisdom emanating from your center, to your very core. My tree of life giving fruit, you are the bearer of these mental fruits labeled as thoughts. Make an effort to quickly burst the bubble that stems from my ego, a defensive, self cherishing Gollem with an unquenchable appetite for desirable experiences. Heart practice on a daily basis helps in cultivation of compassionate wisdom. Seeing from someone else’s perspective and POV (point of view), and staying in that person’s image for a few meditative breaths. The body has cellular memory of every pain it has ever experience, the cells used this pain to find a host body to occupy. The physical body is the consciousness contained within a cell that becomes the seed and source of my previous pain and ignorance. These latent compulsions arise when the conditions are ripe. We must cultivate the practice by not reinforcing our negative emotions through escape, staying with your breath and not breaking meditative stabilization. To see reality as thoughts that have been conditioned to create our false identification with self, the I.
